Dehydrated Tomatoes

When an abundance of tomatoes is upon your kitchen come autumn, dehydrating tomatoes are a fabulous way to preserve them. They’re wonderful to put on homemade pizza, bake into lasagna, toss into chilis and soups, and more. Super simple, long-lasting, and can even make great gifts!
